This policy explains what OfferMason collects, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information you provide

When you create an account or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, password credentials in protected form, and the campaign information you choose to enter. Do not submit confidential customer data, payment-card data, passwords for other services, or information you do not have permission to use.

2. Information collected automatically

Our hosting and security systems may process IP address, browser type, request time, and basic technical logs to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service. We do not use those logs to make claims about your identity.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide the workspace, save your campaigns, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and communicate service notices. We do not sell your campaign content.

4. AI processing

When AI generation is enabled, the offer details you submit may be sent to a third-party AI provider to produce your requested output. OfferMason is not a substitute for reviewing the provider's current privacy terms. Do not submit sensitive personal information or regulated data.

5. Sharing

We may share information with hosting, infrastructure, security, analytics, payment, and AI providers only as needed to operate the service, or when required by law. We may disclose information to protect users, the service, or our legal rights.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain account and campaign data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, legal, backup, and dispute-resolution purposes. Contact us to request deletion. Some records may need to be retained where legally required.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Use a unique password and notify us promptly if you believe your account is compromised.

8. Children

OfferMason is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The revised version will be posted here with a new date.
